This custom control-panel mount was created to provide a secure, convenient, and professional-looking way to position the controller inside the vehicle. The process began with studying the available space, taking careful measurements, and developing a completely custom 3D model. From there, the design was refined to balance fit, strength, accessibility, and appearance. Features such as the angled support structure, recessed mounting surface, controller opening, and mounting points all had to work together while remaining practical to 3D print. After moving from the digital model to the physical prototype, the final test was seeing how it fit and functioned inside the vehicle. Watching an idea progress from measurements on a screen to a finished, purpose-built product is exactly what makes custom manufacturing so rewarding.
