How the Process Works
- 1Provide the physical part or arrange a scanning appointment.
- 2We review the surfaces, required accuracy, intended use, and output format.
- 3The part is scanned and the captured geometry is cleaned and evaluated.
- 4When requested, the scan is converted into an editable CAD model or prepared for 3D printing.
Important Accuracy Note
Scanning captures shape, but critical fits and tolerances may still require manual measurements, test fitting, and design refinement. We will explain what is appropriate before beginning.
